Mod Podge is a waterbase sealer, glue, and finish for all surfaces. It is good for collages and completed puzzles. Apply with a brush or sponge applicator. Easily cleans up with water while wet. Once dry, Mod Podge cannot be removed. Mod Podge can also be used by itself - to eliminate tackiness, apply Clear Acrylic Sealer over dried Mod Podge.
