Where are you located?
In2art.com is located in Sarasota, Florida. Our parent company is Art & Frame of Sarasota Inc. You can learn more about In2art.com by clicking the "About Us" and the "Contact us" links on any menu.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping fees are all based on the size and weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. We use UPS. You can place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator to calculate the exact price. If you do not wish to use UPS, we will be more than happy to find you other shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Our shipping fees are all based on the size and weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. We use UPS Worldwide Express and Canada Standard. You can place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, press the shipping calculator button, enter your postal code, and it will give you the exact price. If you do not wish to use UPS, we will be more than happy to find other shipping options for you.
Do you take PayPal?
We do take PayPal. Choose PayPal on the pull down menu of the payment page. You will be sent to PayPal.com. Proceed with payment. If outside the US Contact us at orders@in2art.com telling us what you would like to order and where it will be shipped to. We will then calculate shipping and give you a total and our PayPal account number.
How do we pay for international orders?
There are several ways you may arrange for payment on your order.
- Money Order: Choose this option on the payment page and mail us a money order drawn on a New York based bank. Money orders (bank checks) can be obtained at your local bank or retailer. - Western Union Quick Pay: Choose this option on the payment page and then visit your local Western Union Quick Pay agent. International customers pay a fee to the agent. Company Code: ARTANDFRAME,FL
Account #: 18578 - Western Union Money in Minutes Transfer: To use this payment method, submit your order and go to any Western Union office to send a Money in Minutes Money Transfer for the total amount to: Robert Antovel in Sarasota: Flordia: United States. You will receive a 10 digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). Please email orders@in2art.com this MTCN with your order # to complete the payment process.
- Electronic funds transfer: Choose I Will Contact In2Art on the payment page. Email us to obtain the routing information for your payment. Visit your bank and ask to transfer funds. Our fee for this option is $25.00 international, please add the $25.00 to the total of the cost of the order. Your bank will also charge a fee, contact them for specific rate information.
- PayPal: Contact us at orders@in2art.com telling us what you would like to order and where it will be shipped to. We will then calculate shipping and give you a total and PayPal account number. We will only ship your order if you have a confirmed address in PayPal.
How do I know if there are additional charges for shipping oversize products?
Just look for the Blue circle with the "O" in it. This is your indication that the product you are ordering is Oversized. Remember you can call us toll free 800-393-4278 if you have any questions about your order.
Can you ship to APO of FPOs?
Yes, we are happy to ship to our servicemen and women. We ship to all military addresses using US Priority Mail. Give us a call at 800-393-4278 or 941-366-2301 and we can calculate the shipping costs for your order. If you are unable to call go to http://www.in2art.com and select contact us.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a print catalogue. If you are looking for an item not listed online or have questions about a specific product you may contact us through the site http://www.in2art.com or by telephone, 800-393-4278 or 941-366-2301. We are happy to place special orders for you!
What if I cannot find what I am looking for on your website?
