Princeton Catalyst Wedge #5 Catalyst Wedges are made of flexible silicone and are egonomically designed to fit in your hand to provide direct interaction with your work. The silicone wedges are designed for use with heavy-bodied paints. They are ideal for use with oils, acrylics, water-miscible oils, and encaustics (they are heat-resistant!). They can also be used for plaster, clay and even cake frosting (they are made with FDA-approved silicone so they are safe for food!).
